1. Acceptance of terms of use and transactions

Before the final submission of the order, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Use of our online store. By choosing to accept them, you declare that you have read and fully agree with the transaction conditions and the terms / methods of ordering, shipping and returning the products. Also, it goes without saying that you should carefully read the descriptions and information of the products you choose to buy, so that you know their features before receiving and using them.

2. Modification of terms of use

The company “Synchronize” reserves the right to modify or renew without warning, the terms and conditions of transactions and use of its online store.

3. Record keeping

We inform you that under the relevant legislation, we keep your commercial personal information on file and you have access to it in accordance with the law.

4. Security / personal data

A necessary condition for the initiation of mediation between us is the disclosure by you of some of your personal information. To be able to complete an order we will ask for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your telephone number and your email address. The company, following the principles of personal data protection, will not act unlawfully without your prior approval. In particular, the company in no way discloses, publicizes, sells or exchanges the personal details and information you entrust to us. You can also not proceed, if there is a reason, to change the personal data you have communicated to us or request their deletion.

5. Protection of personal information

The personal information you enter in your registration as a member is used exclusively by the company “Synchronize” for the execution of your orders. Under no circumstances can persons who do not maintain a cooperative relationship with our company have access to them.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Return

You have the right to return the entire order placed through the online store or part of it, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, obtained physical possession of the goods.

7. Returns are NOT accepted:

On products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
In products that have suffered damage due to misuse, due to an inappropriate cleaning/washing method, etc.

8. The return can be made in the following way:

Send the products to our store (postal details of which are indicated on the purchase document) assuming the direct cost of returning the products, in accordance with par. 10 of article 4 of Law 2251/1994. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error on the part of the company, we undertake to bear the cost of the return, provided that the return has been made with the cooperating transport company Speedex courier. From the moment the products leave you, the company receives them within 5 working days and via Speedex Courier. In the event that you choose other transport companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. If you choose to send it by post, it must be done by the “registered mail” method, otherwise we cannot receive your return. For product returns from abroad, it is necessary to contact us before choosing a shipping method and shipping company.

In any case, the return of your online order is possible under the following conditions:

Before taking any action, you should contact us on the phone 27520 28283 (Mon-Fri, 09:00-15:00) or by sending a message to the email address info@synchronize.gr, to inform us of your intention to return the product or products you received.

The products must be in excellent condition, unused, without the special markings they carry (e.g. labels) and in their original packaging.

Along with the products, you must also include all the documents that accompanied them (eg retail receipt, invoice and packing slip or change card).

Returns free of charge, within Greece, exclusively with the distribution company SPEEDEX Courier. You will need to select “recipient charge” when delivering your package.

In the case of choosing a distribution company other than SPEEDEX, the customer bears the shipping costs. This policy is limited to one return per order.

In case the order is returned from a country outside of Greece, the customer bears the shipping costs.

When the products are received, they will be checked for their condition and if the terms of the company’s returns policy are met, a credit note of equal value will be issued immediately for you to use on your next purchase. In case you want a refund, the company is obliged to return to you within fourteen (14) calendar days the price collected for the returned products and with the same means used for their payment. Specifically:

If the payment was made by credit or debit card through the eshop, the company, once it has collected the price from the bank, will be obliged to inform the bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will take any prescribed action. The company, after this information, bears no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the customer.

If the payment was made by deposit to one of our bank accounts, the refund will be made exclusively to a National Bank account, noting the IBAN and the name of the beneficiary.

9. Defective products

In case of a defective product, contact our company for its replacement. We will replace the product for you if the conditions of the law are met and the terms of the return policy of the company are respected.

10. Disclaimer

The company is not responsible for any errors in features or photos and reserves the right to change prices without notice. The goods are transported on behalf and under the responsibility of the buyer.
